Winter Warmer : IS DONE!
This crazy cold has most of us wrapped up in fleece and staying at home. It's time to warm up those muscles with pushups, sit-ups, squats, and miles, most of which you can do without having to go out. So shake off the shivers and shape up in the new year by joining this 2-week challenge benefiting Boston's One Fund and those who were injured in the tragic events last April. Let's DO IT.
