Beat this summer's heat wave by distracting yourself with some ab-blasting situps, arm and chest-crushing pushups, and leg-shaking miles! If you don't walk or run, swap out the miles with some other ridiculously sweaty cardio (yoga, swimming, biking, etc.), and pony on up to the plate!
