Dwinding Daylight : IS DONE!

If you're anything like me, when the daylights starts to dwindle, so do your workouts (or, as in my case, they totally disappear). Keep yourself in fighting shape for the coming holidays with the Dwindling Daylight challenge, a month of pushups, situps, and miles designed to battle the bulge. BONUS: While you're blasting your abs, you'll also be providing an education to girls in India! (Note: If you don't run/walk, substitute some other aerobic or cardio exercise. No one's watching you. Except me. I'm watching you, and will know if you cheat.)
