Ironman Tri with the Y : IS DONE!

Some Crazies do it all in one day, but we're giving you 4 weeks instead.

4224 yards of swimming = 169 laps in a 25 yard pool
112 miles of biking = 6-7 spin classes
26.2 miles of running = 4-5 hours on a treadmill
