Beach Body Prep : IS DONE!

Summer is upon us and what better way to burn off the G&Ts and get beach bod ready than to join a workout challenge. So put away your fake muscle shirts and join us in doing some situps. Pledge at least $10, pick 2 out of the 4 workouts and be ready to sweat for the next two weeks! The money raised for this challenge will go toward the Colorado-Wyoming National MS Society. On June 29th, I will be joining thousands of others in the MS 150 ride. The ride raises money for 13,000 individuals living with MS in CO. Not only are you sweating to get high school skinny but also for a good cause!
