Training for a Half Marathon : IS DONE!


Ever wanted to run a half marathon? Well, here's your chance.

Join this challenge and we'll get you in shape for a half marathon in 12 weeks. At the beginning of each week, we'll email you the schedule to follow for that week. Your total mileage for this 12 week challenge will be about 214 miles. The other workouts (pushups, situps & squats) are part of your cross training schedule.

Hope you're ready to kick it up a notch! And don't forget to get a workout buddy to join you through this training. The more the merrier.
