Fitness My Way : IS DONE!
Walk/Run 100 miles in 4 weeks, 400 or more Pushups in 4 weeks, 300 or more Burpees in 4 weeks, and 1000 or more Squats in 4 weeks. Some of I am taking slow, but it will keep me going. Also, I am adding a non-exercise challenge: Drink a minimum of 2800 oz of water in 4 weeks
